About Richard
A native of Minersville, Pennsylvania, Richard Wiest has deep roots in Schuylkill County. He attended George School in Newtown, Pennsylvania before earning his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College. After obtaining his law degree and specialized tax law training, he returned to serve the legal needs of his home community.
Richard has been married to Rosalie LaPlaca Wiest since 1991. Beyond his legal practice, he remains active in various civic organizations and continues his commitment to regional education and emergency services through his board service.
