About Douglas

Attorney Douglas J. Taglieri is a Pennsylvania criminal defense attorney with extensive trial and appellate experience. A former Assistant District Attorney, he has tried dozens of jury trials to verdict and argued appeals before both the Superior Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

​At WFJ Law, Attorney Taglieri focuses his practice on criminal defense, representing clients charged with offenses ranging from DUI and drug delivery to theft, assault, burglary, robbery, and homicide. He is Certified Defense Counsel in capital (death-penalty) cases, a distinction reflecting his high level of courtroom experience and professional integrity.

​He also handles post-trial and post-conviction matters, including appeals to the state’s appellate courts, and provides representation for summary offenses such as disorderly conduct, underage drinking, and traffic violations in Pennsylvania’s Magisterial District Courts.
