Attorney Securda practices primarily in Elder Law which includes Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Asset Protection, Estate Administration, Wills & Trusts and Guardianships. She also handles municipal law matters, civil litigation matters, real estate transactions, debt collection, worker’s compensation, personal injury, and social security disability.
A graduate of Misericordia University, cum laude, and the Widener University School of Law, Attorney Securda joined the firm in 2016. She has extensive experience assisting clients and their loved ones with the preservation of one’s estate and ensuring that her client’s last wishes are upheld. She has prepared various legal documents and advised clients on estate planning matters including Wills, Trusts (including Special Needs/Supplemental Needs Trusts) and Power of Attorneys. She also has experience in assisting clients with Medical Assistance applications from start to finish ensuring that her clients obtain eligibility for available public benefits. She is a staunch advocate for the elderly and was recently appointed to the Schuylkill Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance Board of Directors.
A lifelong member of the community, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John “Bucky” Rogers, Mahanoy City. She resides in Minersville with her husband, Leo A. Securda, and their two daughters, Raegen and Kennedy.
Attorney Taglieri practices primarily in the area of Criminal Defense. He has extensive experience representing clients throughout the Commonwealth involved in a wide variety of criminal offenses. He is certified as Capital Counsel under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure for cases in which the Commonwealth is seeking the death penalty. Attorney Taglieri also handles civil litigation, bankruptcy, guardianships, landlord/tenant disputes, and family law matters.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Baltimore School of Law, Attorney Taglieri joined the firm in 2014. He is a former Assistant District Attorney, has tried over 25 criminal jury trials to verdict and has argued appeals before both the Superior Court and Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He handles cases involving DUI, Drug Delivery & Manufacturing, Theft, Assault, Burglary, Robbery, and Criminal Homicide.
Born and raised in Minersville, Attorney Taglieri still resides in his hometown and is active in his community. He is the son of Joseph and Patrice Taglieri and just welcomed his first child, daughter, Emmalina Joy Taglieri.
