LANDLORD-TENANT LAW
In Pennsylvania, Landlord-Tenant Law protects both tenants and landlords by establishing basic regulations for the rental of residential property. Rental issues, such as repairs and maintenance and eviction procedures, are governed by Landlord Tenant law.
Among other things, these laws designate the wording and content of leases, establish requirements regarding the condition of a rental property, provide terms for the refund of security deposits and dictate the process of eviction. Commercial real estate leasing has specific regulations as well.
The attorneys of Williamson, Friedberg & Jones have decades of experience representing tenants, landlords and property owners in matters involving both residential and commercial leases.
